We Come From //

RebelRoam was founded in 2015 by four Estonian IT, electronics manufacturing and mobile telecommunications executives and has received Best Tech & Innovation award from Telia, the leading telco in the Nordics, at the “VUNK Garage48 Telecom” hackathon in August 2015. In Jan 2017, RebelRoam was nominated for the European Startup Awards in the Smart Cities category. In Nov 2017, RebelRoam was awarded the New Europe TOP100 Innovator title by Google, Financial Times and Visegrad Fund. In June 2018 RebelRoam was awarded the Best New Startup Award in Future Travel Experience conference, which was powered by JetBlue Technology Ventures.

Since its inception, RebelRoam is providing passenger transportation and tour operator companies with modern on-board Wi-Fi Routers, on-board Wi-Fi Administration Service and pan-European mobile broadband Data Service.

In October 2017, RebelRoam introduced to the market an internet carrier and -equipment agnostic “RebelRocket Cloud” and “RebelRocket Hybrid Cloud” Data Traffic Optimization Service, which further expands the target market verticals and geographic availability of the RebelRocket.
